Refund policy

At Ireland on Silk, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
• Please contact us at bradleyfiona@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return postage:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Due to the limited-edition and handcrafted nature of our pieces, items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
