Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Ireland on Silk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
